Ilona Lofts

This is a 5-story and 16 lofts building at maimi beach. Named one of the outstanding buildings of the millennium by the Miami AIA and was his first loft project. It is almost sold out and is nearing completion.

The Ilona is a spatial experience, were visions of unlimited possibilities are echoed by the sound of water, the reflections of light, and the scent of aromatic flora. Ilona is fluid expression in touch with the pleasure of a tropical paradise, fragrant breezes and golden light embrace this unique living experience.

The Ilona has as additional features  a tranquil Zen garden, courtyard unit, secure covered parking, front porch, "Odyssey" entry gate by renowned sculptor, Carolina Sardi, bicycle storage, technologically advanced computer controlled security systems, multiple fiber optic phone lines, high speed cable modems. Developed and designed by architectural visionary Chad Oppenheim.
